THE ASK
While at Accenture Song, Accenture was asked to maximize leads against high-net worth people (Investable Assets $250k+) and restore brand awareness gap (minus 6pts). Finance is a predatory category where the driving motivator is fear.
SOLUTION
Make Edward Jones relevant to a new cohort of consumers in a way that is meaningful, ownable and differentiated. While at Accenture I helped expand the digital marketing for Onward w/Edward and In Ed We Trust.

This Onward with Edward Visualizer is a guided experience that helps people manifest their future and crafts it into a movie trailer and vision board for their future life.
It’s a siren call for the Edward Jones brand, helping connect people to advisors through inspirational content—galvanizing action and providing content that begs to be shared on social media.

I designed & expanded the In Ed we Trust concept into social media, Instagram story.
Advisor: I told Karla that working with me is way better than a robo-advisor because as long as I have human blood coursing through my veins and a heartbeat, it’s my job to act in his best interest. Plus, an advisor made up of 1s and 0s is definitely going to treat you like a number.
